I still listen to it from time to time and there are things I like about it better than the more recent Anthology, including having the original stereo mixes from the pre-1965 Motown albums. You may be happy with that mid-80s anthology. The more recent "Ooo Baby Baby" 2-disc Anthology was mastered by Kevin Reeves, again uses uniformly good sources, has all stereo mixes where available, with all of the three track recordings featuring (generally well done) stereo re-mixes.
The subsequent mid-90s Anthology in the Master Series packaged in the slipcase had the mono single mixes, was a Bill Inglot/Dan Hersch mastering, and consistently seems to have used the best available tapes (disclaimer - I don't own this anymore since it seemed largely redundant after I purchased the Box Set).
